We are currently serving in camping ministries at Thousand Pines Christian Camp and Conference Center (www.thousandpines.com), in this past month we had a helping hands weekend where guests come to assist us in beautifying the camp grounds. One of the projects was to build a deck for our single-wide prefabricated house (called a Cavco). It did not completely get finished that weekend, so I, Michael, have been finding time here and there to complete it. Our hope is to have more space to host guests both inside the house and outside.The summer camp season here will begin within a week and both of us as well as the rest of the Thousand Pines (hereafter known as TP) staff have been busy preparing for summer staff to arrive. The next three weeks will be filled with long days, lots of programming, and new relationships. May God help us.
